Dropped off our 2 daft dogs for a short stay with Laura and her team. We did visit priori booking to see the facilities and chat with Laura ( after meeting at Alnwick market where Laura has a natural dog treat stall) The facilities are good- plenty of secure open spaces for the dogs to run and play with the opportunity to play with other dogs either visiting or staying following a risk assessment on temperament etc Large kennel was fine with plenty of human contact Exercise given with walks on leads by Laura and hubby and team and play in secure enclosures The kennels are on site next to their home and is 24 hours secure and safe Laura is great with our dogs and has an empathy towards her canine companions Although it’s nearly a 2 hour round trip for us we highly recommend and we will visit again👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Boots has had two recent stays ranging from 1 night to 5 nights and I am so pleased with the care and attention he received each visit. Boots is an adopted rescue spaniel and is never far from me as I work from home. I think I was more worried than he was as I handed over his lead but all went really well. Thank you Laura for the reassurance you gave me and for looking after my little guy. We will be back!

Our little cockapoo Minnie stayed at the kennels in June and again for a few days this week. She absolutely loved it! Laura is so lovely and makes the dogs so welcome. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else. We can leave Minnie there and know we don’t have to worry about her. Thank you so much Laura. x

Oscar had not been to stay at a kennels for over 5 years, so I was a little apprehensive when I booked his visit to North Tyne Kennels. The moment we pulled the car up, Laura put our minds at ease. Oscar was taken into a grassed area to play and she comforted him while we drove away. He was full of life when we collected him which was a good sign and he didn't sulk when we got home,as he has done previously. I would highly recommend dog lovers to North Tyne Kennels.

Our two young lads had a great time here! It was the first experience of kennels for these two, and I (dog mother from hell) arrived with loads of their familiar stuff to make them feel at home and a bio on each of them for Laura. I'm not sure whether it was all necessary as photos Laura sent us showed they'd settled and were enjoying their adventure. I won't worry nearly so much next time we are going away, and we have no hesitation in recommending NTBK!

Can't recommend too highly. Immaculate kennels, staff really go out of their way to tailor the stay to the individual dogs. There are spacious runs for supervised play and I can tell when I collect the dogs that they've had lots of staff time, they are relaxed and happy. Laura really understands the anxiety of leaving dogs in a new setting and sends updates

Booked 11 night stay for my 13 month labrador under recommendation from a friend. To be honest I was a little bit apprehensive about leaving him for the first time . So I arranged a visit a few weeks before spruce was due to stay as I was unable to drop him off due to flight times ( my daughter stepped in for this job ) .What a fantastic set up they have at NTBK the staff we met were friendly and helpful to answer any questions and showed us around. It's situated in a fantastic area for the purposes . When i picked spruce up I was very surprised how chilled he was with no sign of missing me 😂. This I can only put down to laura and her team . I would highly recommend North tyne boarding kennels to any dog owners needing there pet looked after to a 5⭐️ standard. Thank you again from me and spruce

Nell and Coco had the pleasure of staying with the lovely people at North Tyne Kennels whilst we attended our son’s wedding. The wedding venue highly recommended them to us and we were so pleased that they did. Nell and Coco were given such a warm welcome on our arrival and our nerves disappeared immediately. We have never left them before due to separation anxiety on both sides! We received pictures and updates on how they were enjoying themselves which in turn allowed us to enjoy our celebrations even more. North Tyne Kennels did an amazing job acting in loco parentis for Nell and Coco and we thank them so much for their love and care.

Daisy is just home from a week with NT Kennels - she was really well looked after and by all accounts was her usual bouncy zoomy self while she was there! Shes looking forward to her next visit - and it’s great for me to know she’ll be well looked after and happy whenever shes there. Definitely recommend

Reggie loves his stays with Laura and her fantastic team. Steve and I are confident that Reggie gets well looked after, has lots of fun and he is a very happy dog. He doesn’t even give us a glance when he arrives for his stay. A huge thank you for looking after our pup!
